These terms apply to the Online BI Bookstore at britishisrael.store. The store is operated by The British-Israel-World Federation Australia, part of Australian National Covenant Message Inc. Orders and payment

Product descriptions, prices, currencies, available delivery methods and charges are displayed before checkout. We may contact you if a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled; in that case we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund. Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. An order confirmation is not a promise that an unavailable product can be supplied.

Shipping and digital access

Our shipping policy explains stocked, print-on-demand and digital items. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will work with you if there is a problem. Digital or event access details, where offered, are described on the relevant product page.

Returns and consumer rights

Our refund policy explains change-of-mind returns and how to report a problem. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not transfer the risk of a lost parcel to you merely by handing it to a carrier.
