Change of mind

For books and other physical items fulfilled by us, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning it. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original shipping is not refunded for change of mind. Please use a tracked service; we cannot refund a parcel we do not receive.

Change-of-mind returns do not apply to digital or online access after access details are sent, gift cards, or sale/clearance items. These exclusions do not affect your rights if there is a problem under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact store@britishisrael.org.au with your order number, details of the problem and photos if available. Please tell us promptly, particularly if an item arrived damaged, so we can investigate with the carrier. There is no seven-day limit on your Australian Consumer Law rights. We will work with you on the remedy you are entitled to, which may be a repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem. Where required by law, we will cover reasonable return postage and refund applicable original shipping.

Email store@britishisrael.org.au before sending an item. If we ask you to return it, our postal address is Online BI Bookstore, PO Box 274, Wonthaggi VIC 3995, Australia. For print-on-demand items, contact us first; the return address or process may differ.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after inspecting the return or reviewing the problem. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; payment providers may take additional time to display them. If you prefer an exchange for a change-of-mind return, contact us first about availability.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under those guarantees. The conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not apply to a claim under consumer guarantees.
